What does a corporate video cost?
The short answer
A corporate video of one to two minutes starts from € 2,950 excl. VAT with us. That includes concept and script, a full shoot day, the main film, colour grading and sound, and three short versions for social media.
For a larger campaign with several shoot days, locations or videos, prices start from € 5,950 excl. VAT. Only need a few short videos? A half shoot day with three to five short videos starts from € 750 excl. VAT.
What drives the price
The number of shoot days matters most. One day at one location is straightforward; more locations or days take more crew time and planning.
Next come length and the type of edit. A film with interviews, footage of the work and music differs from one with animation or an actor. The number of versions counts too: a main film plus separate clips for recruitment and social media is more work than a main film alone.
Finally there are extras such as drone footage, subtitles in several languages or rush delivery. These are always listed separately in the quote, so you decide.
How to get more from your budget
Plan everything in one day. Adding photography on the same day saves on planning and crew. Our Photo + video package starts from € 1,495 excl. VAT.
Think about versions in advance. A two-minute film for your website, edited well, also gives you short clips for social media, job ads and your email signature. That way the same footage works for months.
Make sure your location and people are ready. A shoot day that runs smoothly gives more usable footage. Our article on preparing a corporate video explains how.
